
Britt Profant, MA, CCC/SLP
Britt earned her B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and M.A. in Speech Language Pathology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She has enjoyed serving pediatric clients in several different neighborhoods of Philadelphia since 2018. Britt is passionate about utilizing shared storybook reading interventions and creating her own diverse and inclusive speech therapy materials. Britt also enjoys implementing music, gestures, and visuals as a multisensory approach in her therapy sessions. She loves to feel creative and is motivated to serve each individual child. She focuses on providing families with functional strategies easily used at home or in the classroom. Her specialized treatment areas include feeding therapy, Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC), and working with medically fragile children.

Sarah Jacobson, MS, CCC/SLP
Sarah is a Pennsylvania state licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. She received her B.A. in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University. Sarah has experience working with children and young adults of ages birth to 21 years of age with a wide range of language disorders, speech sound disorders, and oral-motor and feeding difficulties. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation center, and home-based early intervention. She is also familiar with providing speech therapy services virtually. Sarah has been trained in SOS Approach to Feeding, PROMPT, Talk Tools Feeding Therapy: A Sensory Motor Approach, CAN-EAT Approach, among other trainings. Sarah believes in providing individualized care to each child and using a team-based approach to ensure generalization of skills to all natural environments for the child.

James Segilia,
James Segilia, M.S., CCC-SLP has been a practicing speech-language pathologist in Philadelphia, PA for 2 years. He was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 2017 with his B.A. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania where he studied Communication Sciences and Disorders. He received his M.S. in Speech Language Pathology degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2019. He practices as a speech-language pathologist working with elementary aged children. He has provided services for students in the general education setting, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities Support, Life Skills Support, and those with vision/hearing impairments.
